Nitrile rubber acrylonitrile (ACN) copolymer and butadiene. Properties of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber mainly depends on which ACN components (usually accounts for 18%-50%), the content of ACN was higher than 50% is highly resistant to mineral oil and fuel capacity, but in the low temperature flexibility, compression permanent deformation rate is worse; butadiene high formula (such as 78%), has a good low temperature resistant performance, but also sacrificed in the high temperature oil resistance. In short, nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance and resistance to non polarity solvent properties, but also has to teach good mechanical properties and tightness. Applicable to aliphatic hydrocarbons (Bing Wan, hexane, mineral oil and oil, fuel oil), vegetable oil and animal oil, silicone oil, grease, chemical extinguishing acid-base salt solution dilution agent, low temperature, and 100 ℃ water medium. But for aromatic solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones and esters solvent and acid and alkali resistance is poor. Nitrile rubber weather resistance and ozone resistance ability is not strong, but compared with other materials and used, can be a good solution to this problem, such as: NBR / PVC composite, which has not only excellent weatherability and resistance to ozone, and flame retardant, calendering, coloring ability is also very good, adding a certain the amount of powder can be made of oil resistant magnetic rubber, but its permanent compression deformation is poor.E-mail: zyl@tetlock.com.cn
