AEM

Polyethylene / acrylic rubber is a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate, above a small amount of sulfide monomer containing carboxyl. Ethylene / acrylic rubber is a kind of durable, low permanent deformation rate of rubber, with heat resistance and high temperature, excellent mineral oil, hydraulic oil and weathering properties. Low temperature elastic and mechanical properties than ACM AEM, but it is not tolerant to low Aniline Oil (ASTM3 oil) and polar solvent.

(one) temperature range

-30 ℃ -150 ℃, short time can reach 175 ℃.

(two) hardness range

Shore A40 degrees to 85 degrees.

(three) colour

Black, orange, the color can also be specified by the client.

(four) application

AEM is usually used in those requirements higher than the properties of NBR, chloroprene rubber occasions, or reducing the high-end rubber (such as fluorine rubber) the cost of using the occasion. Mainly used for seal manufacture automobile engine oil and transmission oil
